Hand therapy certification is a credential for licensed occupational or physical therapists who have demonstrated advanced knowledge and skills in rehabilitating injuries and conditions of the upper limb. This certification is achieved by meeting specific educational and clinical experience requirements, which typically include 4,000 hours of practice, and passing a rigorous national exam
