Tyler is a Certified Nutritionist, and has extensive knowledge of metabolic systems through his Biochemsitry and Molecular Biology degree, complimented by exercise physiology courses taken through UBC. Tyler is currently working on his High Performance Specialist certification through CSEP, to further his fitness & nutrition knowledge.
Tyler can help patients improve health and performance by assessing dietary habits, and lifestyle choices. Providing practical strategies for meal planning, supplementation when appropriate, and long-term behavior change to support sustainable, healthy eating.
Any personal training client at Victoria Sports will have free access to the VSP APP, which provides nutrition resources, macronutrient requirements, and meal samples; just to name a few.
