This is a sample of all the benefits we are able to bill to, if you do not see your benefits, please call and ask.
- Unfortunately, we are only allowed to submit our treatment fee to your benefits plan on the day of the appointment.
- We are unable to know what your benefits will cover in advance.
- Patients will need to personally inquire with their benefits plan to know what coverage they are entitled to.
- We are able to check if you are eligible for MSP with your Name, date of birth, and personal health number.
- If you are eligible, you are entitled to 10 sessions per year, in which the government will pay a small portion towards each appointment.
- These 10 sessions are shared between any allied health professional that is not your family Dr.
- Examples of those professionals, are: Physiotherapists, Optomitrists, Massage Therapists and Chiroprators.
- A deductible is how much you will need to pay into your insurance, before they contribute to any treatment fees.
- Unfortunately, we are only able to submit our fees to your benefits plan on the day of the appointment. We are not able to tell you about any personal details of your benefits plan.
- Patients will need to personally inquire with their benefits plan to know what their deductible is and what coverage they are entitled to.
- Unfortuantely, no, permanent disability does not provide any extra coverage towards physiotherapy treatments.
- We can always check to see if you are eligible for MSP, or bill to other private health insurances; if you have them.
- Individuals with status are always entitled to MSP.
- Unfortunately, other than MSP, the First Nations Health Authority does not povide any other coverage towards physiotherapy.
- If you have a band, you can submit any receipt to them for reimbursement, as many will fully reimburse patient fees. However, we do not bill any bands directly, so patient's will need to pay our standard MSP fee for any treatment.
Many of our staff are bilingual, some examples of the languages spoken fluently in the clinic are:

- Under specific cirucumstances, we may be able to provide a letter to the employer for a small fee.
- Usually, however, these letters are provided to employers by physicians, not physiotherapists.

We will require your WSBC claim number, date of injury and personal health number.

WSBC approves the initial assessment for any patient seeking treatment within 60 days of injury.

For any patient seeking treatment outstide of the 60 day approval window, even if the claim is approved. We as providers have to obtain approval directly from the case manager.
