Adam Chuby officially joined the Victoria Sports Physiotherapy team as a physiotherapist in June 2022. Prior to this, he had been working in the clinic as a Physiotherapy Assistant and was actively involved in the Occupational Rehabilitation program while completing his registration.

Adam began his academic journey at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) completing a degree in Commerce before transitioning to physiotherapy after experiencing injuries himself and recognizing the benefits of rehabilitation. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) in the United Kingdom in 2019.

Since beginning his career as a physiotherapist, Adam has developed a passion for providing comprehensive care across a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. He particularly enjoys working with both athletes and the general population, helping individuals return to the activities they love. Adam hopes to continue his education and further his specialization or skills in the field of physiotherapy.

Outside of his professional life, Adam is an avid weight trainer, enjoys hiking, and plays the guitar.

Dustin Robin, the owner of the Victoria Sports Physiotherapy Clinic, began his career in physiotherapy as a patient. After personally experiencing the health benefits of physiotherapy, Dustin enrolled in school to become a physical therapist. After completing his studies in 2004, he was hired at Victoria Sports Physiotherapy Clinic and started his career as a physiotherapist.

In 2006, Dustin purchased the clinic and was determined to play a greater role in helping people’s lives. His goal was to enable the clients to return to sports, work and the healthy lifestyle they may have lost due to injury. In 2007, Dustin expanded the clinic’s services by offering clients a work conditioning program and in 2009, he began offering occupational testing.

A Little More About Dustin

Dustin is the only certified hand therapist in Northern BC. CHT’s have at least 4,000 hours of experience directly with upper extremity rehabilitation and are required to maintain their designation with minimum practice hours and continuing education. He has successfully completed the comprehensive American Hand Therapy Certification Examination. A certified hand therapist is the highest level of competency in the profession.

Today, Victoria Sports Physiotherapy Clinic strives to be the first choice for physiotherapy in the Prince George community.

Eilish Engelhart

Eilish Engelhart

Eilish is a third-year Health and Exercise Sciences student at UBCO and a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. Her passion for kinesiology began while working as an assistant at VSP, leading her to earn a diploma in kinesiology in 2024 and pursue a career in helping others move and feel their best.

With a background in powerlifting, Eilish has held national records in squat, bench press, and deadlift. She loves helping clients set and achieve their own goals, whether that means breaking personal records or building a solid fitness foundation. She also enjoys coaching in small group settings where encouragement and teamwork shine.

When she is not in the gym, you’ll find Eilish running, paddleboarding, hiking, or relaxing with creative hobbies like painting and crocheting.

Eilish offers in-person training in Prince George during the summer months and provides virtual consultations and custom programs from Kelowna between September and April.

Pamela Parker

Pamela Parker joined the Victoria Sports Physiotherapy team in October 2020, bringing over 10 years of private practice musculoskeletal and sport rehabilitation experience. She has almost 20 years of experience treating MSK conditions, working with adolescents and adults with return to sport or return to occupation goals. Specifically, Pamela has completed additional training in assessing and managing injuries associated with running.

Pamela completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2005 while competing on the University of Alberta Varsity Volleyball Team. Pamela experienced the benefits of physical therapy as an elite athlete, having competed at the provincial, national and international levels of volleyball. Her love of human movement and performance led her to pursue a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, that she completed in 2007, while also working with the Pandas Volleyball Program as a team trainer.

Since initiating her physiotherapy practice in 2008, Pamela spent 10 years focused on assisting injured workers in their recovery. More recently, she has really enjoyed tapping into her own experiences to treat young athletes recover from injury and work towards strong, injury free seasons of play. She is in her element working in the gym, developing individualized exercise therapy programs for her clients. Utilizing the same principles learned working with high-performance athletes, Pamela approaches all sessions as an opportunity to coach individuals to restore their function, return to activities and ultimately, return to life.

Tyler Drazdoff

BSc. BCMB, CSEP-CPT, Running Clinic Coach, ISSA-PT / Nutritionist.

Tyler manages Victoria Sports Physiotherapy, and has worked alongside physiotherapists/run clinics for 10 years. Integrating everything he has learned into his training, Tyler is excited to convey that knowledge to his clients.

Along with his experience in physiotherapy and weightlifting, Tyler has an extensive understanding of metabolic systems. Obtained through his degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. Additionally, he holds a certification with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), further enhancing his ability to provide scientifically grounded training and guidance.

As a Running Clinic Coach, Tyler applies evidence-based techniques to help clients improve their running performance and prevent injuries.

Outside of work, Tyler spends his time playing baseball, training for powerlifting events, hiking and training therapy dogs; including his 4-year-old Australian shepherd.
